What truly sets this versatile spa apart are its signature hot towel and hot coffee massages—unique treatments you won't find elsewhere—alongside traditional full-body and head massages that melt away travel fatigue. The nail artistry is exceptional, ranging from classic manicures to elaborate acrylic extensions featuring custom artwork, 3D designs and stunning ombré effects that rival any mainland salon.
Beyond pampering, they're a complete hair salon offering cuts, styling, colouring (including trendy fashion colours), perms and strengthening treatments. Known for their exceptional massages and waxing services, this spa offers a unique spiritual element—the therapists play Christian music and use anointing oil, providing both physical and spiritual healing. Their full-body massages are particularly popular, with customers praising the staff's ability to "hit the spot" with what feels like "magical fingers."
Facial treatments range from maintenance sessions to European-style facials with scalp, neck and décolletage massage. The nail enhancement options are extensive—including acrylics, gel extensions, and custom nail art starting at US$5. They even cater to little ones aged 10 and under with special Princess/Prince manicures and pedicures.
For hair removal, you'll find professional waxing services for everything from eyebrows to Brazilian treatments, plus eyebrow threading. Additional services include hot stone add-ons, paraffin wax treatments, and Shiatsu massage.

3.Myra's Spa & Salon

Housed in a charming timber building with vibrant décor and vintage salon chairs, this local favourite offers everything you need for the ultimate pampering session. You'll love the custom-made footbaths designed specifically for relaxing foot massages, plus separate treatment rooms for a more intimate experience.
Open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday, the salon specialises in polygel nails, eyelash extensions, massages, foot spa treatments, manicures and pedicures, and rejuvenating facials. According to locals, Myra's work is absolutely exceptional, and we can see why this spot has become such a beloved destination for anyone wanting to feel like Polynesian royalty.
Location: Mesepa Village, Pago Pago, Tutuila. Take the turn-off on Route 001 beside the O Le Ekalesia a Iesu Keriso Church in Mesepa.
4.Le Fofo Spa

A true local favourite, Le Fofo Spa has become the go-to spot for haircuts, manicures, pedicures and their popular 30-minute massages. This locally owned and operated business offers a charming, intimate spa experience without breaking the bank.
What really caught our attention were their impressive footbath and seat setups - you'll know what we mean when you see them! You'll love the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service that keep locals coming back time and time again.
Open from 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Wednesday and Saturday, and 9 am to 9 pm Thursday to Friday.

5.Angel Beauty Nail Spa

If you're looking to treat yourself to some well-deserved pampering, Angels Beauty Nail Spa is one of the newest additions to Pago Pago's spa scene. We're particularly drawn to their reputation for exceptional manicures and pedicures.
You'll love their top-of-the-line facilities, especially the ultra-comfortable pedicure footbath setup that makes relaxation effortless. They also offer irresistible hair packages if you're in the mood for a complete makeover (perfect for those holiday photos!).
Open from 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday, and 11 am to 5 pm Sunday.
Location: Tafuna, Pago Pago, Tutuila. Approximately 650 m (711 yards) up the road from the McDonald's Tafuna roundabout.
6.Tipsy Toes Beauty & Spa

Also operated by Angel Beauty Nail Spa (see above), TipsyToes Beauty and Spa offers a fantastic range of spa services, including massages, facials and body treatments. It's one of the few options open on Sunday, which is perfect if you're looking to unwind during your holiday.
If you're on vacation, we'd recommend trying their one-hour massage – it's exactly what you need after a day of exploring. This is also one of the best places in Pago Pago to get your nails done, especially with their "Pedicure Express" service.
Open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday and 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
